This upscale community is gated and has a guard in attendance 24 hours per day. Our villa is in the enviable position of being just 150 yards from the clubhouse and all the great amenities!

Villa Features:   The villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist Authority and our local representative, who ensure that the property is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, are always on hand to assist in any way possible in order to ensure that you have a trouble free vacation.

The fully fitted kitchen include a full size refrigerator with icemaker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the accessories you'll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack. There is a separate laundry room with washer/drier and all towels and linens are provided.

Location:    One of the closest resort community to Disney, located just 2 miles west of Disney off Highway 192 and Formosa Gardens Blvd. If you have not been to Florida before, you will not appreciate the advantages of our villa location. Being so close to Disney, shops and restaurants really is a bonus. There are many communities East down the US192 which report being close to Disney in terms of miles, but will take you over an hour to travel down the heavily congested US 192 to get to either Disney or the I4 to travel to Universal/Sea World etc. Also there are many villa communities down the US27 which are about 10 miles further away than us, and have very few shops and restaurants near by.

Community Features:    This resort features a stunning clubhouse with a 58 seat movie theatre, convenience store, video rentals, table tennis, fitness centre, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, resort size pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, playground, and grills.
These amenities are free for the use of our guests.
There is also table pool, air hockey, arcade games and a business centre in the clubhouse.

In addition to being minutes from Disney, this villa provides quick and easy access to the main highways leading to all of central Florida's attractions. Conveniently located within two miles, you will find grocery stores, 24 hour Walgreen's Pharmacy, along with many popular restaurants such as Outback, Red Lobster, Giordano's Pizza, etc. There is a convenience store/sundry shop on site at Windsor Palms which opens until 10:30 p.m.
